Brickell posted the photo to Twitter and soon deleted the picture, along with a caption with an apology saying Brickell would not comment on it after the incident involving the girls.

Brickell, who has been dating Amber Heard since 2012, was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and harassment after she reportedly pushed a 16-year-old girl.

In a statement attached to an Oct. 28 statement from the Harris County Child-Assault Response Team, the team said, "It has been our hope for many months that this will lead to a resolution and prevention process for Celine Brickell. While there is a need for the investigation to be as thorough as possible to protect her, we are confident that the process to prevent a repeat of our events is now in place."
