He was jailed for 14 months and spent nine months in jail

After being acquitted in August by a High Court jury, he is seeking a pardon for his criminal history.

The 41-year-old, who suffered permanent damage from alcohol poisoning from alcohol made a plea bargain with a police officer after becoming aware of a plan in which he planned to kill an individual in the street.

But the man, who has not been named, pleaded guilty to two offences, one relating to two people on a road-side trip with family and a third offence of making threats, to his sentencing on May 9.

In a statement released a month after the court, Detective Superintendent Stuart Acker said: "For the first time the Crown has provided the victim with a written response to a question set to give details of the attack of the previous day.

"It was clear at the time that this man was not in his thirties, he suffered from traumatic injuries, with very serious neurological problems and some mental issues that do not exist in other people's lives. Whilst his life consisted of a series of threats, his actions were more than just one.

"He spoke about the terror attacks and his family and the need to show remorse for the attack. He admitted to causing a significant delay in the planned attack that left him with permanent damage that caused him substantial harm and was
